- Must possess current insurance license (P&C minimum) AND current Allstate appointments
- Familiarity with sales tactics, talk paths, overcoming objections, closing methods
- Quick learner, fast thinker, persuasive, coachable, creative communicator, fearless phone dialer
- Enthusiasm and genuine belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people’s lives
Position Responsibilities:
- Establish trust with prospects, maintain ongoing customer relationships
- Reach daily, weekly, monthly goals for sales/quotes/dials/talktime
- Provide accurate, helpful, compelling guidance about key insurance products and suitable coverages
- Follow agency best practices, corporate requirements, and state law.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
